4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled. Billing is processed by Paddle as the merchant of record. Pricing, taxes, and local currency handling may vary by region.

You may not use Briefly for unlawful activity, abuse, reverse engineering, automated scraping that harms service stability, or attempts to bypass access and plan limits.
6. AI Output and Accuracy
Briefly uses AI and external sources. Content may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for validating critical decisions, especially legal, financial, medical, or safety-sensitive decisions.
7. Intellectual Property
Briefly and related branding are owned by the service operator. You retain rights to your provided input data, subject to permissions needed to operate the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these terms, abuse, fraud, or legal compliance reasons.
9. Disclaimer and Liability
