Refund Policy

Briefly is a recurring subscription service. Charges are billed in advance for each billing cycle unless canceled.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, and your access remains active through the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are reviewed case-by-case, including accidental duplicate charges or verified billing errors. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support promptly with transaction details.

Unless required by applicable law, completed billing cycles, partial-month usage, and failure to cancel before renewal are generally non-refundable.

Paddle is the merchant of record for Briefly subscriptions. Payment disputes, chargebacks, and final refund processing may be subject to Paddle’s platform rules and local regulations.

Approved refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement depending on your payment method and financial institution.

We may revise this policy to reflect legal, operational, or billing-provider changes. Updated terms become effective when posted on this page.
